We highly recommend against children moving up a level as the program is deliberately age-specific and not intended to teach children to run before they can walk. Our students’ self esteem is very important to us and moving up a level, while it may be more challenging for the child, won’t necessarily help to build their confidence.

While you may recognise that your child can complete most of the activities easily in class, Shichida is a whole-brain method that teaches much more than academic activities. Your child might be highly skilled at reading and writing but they struggle to focus their imagination during image training, or perhaps your child knows their numbers up to 100 but they talk over and interrupt other students in class or can’t sit still. There are many things to learn at their appropriate age level and the class materials increase in difficulty each month.
