Ryan Recognised with Two World Record Achievements at Just 3 Years Old
Ryan joined Shichida Parramatta in February 2024, when he was just 1 year and 5 months old. Since then, his learning journey has continued to develop through weekly classes, where he has been exposed to a wide range of activities designed to support memory, concentration, recognition, confidence and a love of learning.
Recently, at the age of 3 years and 5 months, Ryan received two World Record recognitions for his outstanding memory and early learning abilities.
Ryan was recognised for Maximum Random Flashcards Identified and Recited by a Preschooler after successfully identifying and naming more than 150 educational flashcards across 10 different categories. These included flags, space, animals, birds, fruits, vegetables, alphabets, human anatomy, colours and shapes.
He completed the challenge in one continuous attempt in under 5 minutes, with a visible timer and without any external assistance. This achievement demonstrated Ryan’s exceptional memory retention, rapid recall and ability to process information across multiple categories.
Ryan also received recognition for Maximum Human Body Parts Identified and Recited by a Preschooler. He successfully identified and named 39 external and internal human body parts from educational slides in just 1 minute and 45 seconds.
His family shared how proud they are of his achievement, and expressed their appreciation for the support, learning style and encouragement Ryan has received in class.
“We are incredibly proud of him, and I wanted to share this achievement with you. Thank you for all your support, the learning style and encouragement in the class – it has certainly played a part in his learning journey.”
Ryan’s achievement is a wonderful example of how early exposure, consistency and encouragement can help children build confidence in their learning abilities. We are very proud to celebrate this milestone with Ryan and his family, and we look forward to seeing him continue to grow in confidence, curiosity and love of learning.
