Shichida Parramatta New Location

We have some thrilling news to share: our SHICHIDA Parramatta Early Learning Center has officially moved to a brand new, sparkling location at Level 4, 1 Wentworth Street, Parramatta. 🎉

Now, let’s rewind a bit and take you through the whirlwind adventure that was our big move.

Day 1: The Great Box Migration

The entire team, armed with an arsenal of bubble wrap, packing tape, and determination, were ready to conquer what can only be described as The Great Box Migration. As we packed up our beloved old center, it was like playing the world’s largest game of Tetris. Only, in addition to colorful blocks, we had toys, books, and an inexplicable number of art supplies. (Seriously, how do we have so many crayons?!)

But our team was undeterred. We transformed into packing pros, maneuvering through hallways with stacks of boxes higher than our heads. There were a few bumps, some “Where does this go again?” moments, and plenty of laughter. Picture this: our director balancing a tower of boxes with the grace of a circus performer while simultaneously trying to remember where they left their coffee. Hectic doesn’t even begin to cover it!

Day 2: Operation Unpack & Settle In

With Day 1 under our belts, we rolled up our sleeves for Day 2: Operation Unpack & Settle In. Bright and early, we arrived at our fabulous new location, and let us tell you, it was love at first sight. Level 4, 1 Wentworth Street, Parramatta – our new home – is nothing short of spectacular.

The team dived into the task with gusto, like kids unwrapping presents on Christmas morning. There was a buzz of excitement in the air as we set up classrooms, arranged toys, stacked up our flashcard boxes and added those little touches that make SHICHIDA feel like home. We even had a minor debate about the perfect spot for the TV inside an early childhood learning location. (Spoiler: It’s on the wall at the end of the hall. You can’t miss it!)

The Big Reveal

After two days of what can only be described as organised chaos, we finally stepped back to admire our handiwork. And oh, what a sight it was! The new location is a huge upgrade – spacious, bright, and designed with our little learners in mind. Every corner is filled with potential, ready to inspire curiosity and creativity through our early learning programs in Parramatta.

To celebrate, we had pizza party! And after two days of hard work, that pizza tasted soooooo good.

A New Chapter Begins

As we open our doors at our Parramatta Early learning Centre, we are beyond excited to welcome you all to this wonderful new space. The journey was intense, exhausting, and required some serious team effort – but it was all worth it. Our new location is more than just a physical upgrade; it’s a fresh start filled with endless possibilities for learning and growth. We are ready to practice fine motor skills with babies, play critical thinking games with toddlers and develop a love of learning in our kinder aged kids! Bring on creative writing, debating and science with the pre-primary and primary aged kids!

So, come on over and check out our Shichida Parramatta new location! We promise it’s even better than we imagined. And yes, we have plenty of crayons here too – just in case you were wondering.
