Conditions of Entry

Coronavirus updates Victoria: Shichida has been committed to the safety and well-being of everyone since the start of the pandemic, and we would like to thank all families who have complied with our conditions of entry and treated our staff with respect through this period.

In light of the latest easing of restrictions in Victoria, we have revised our conditions of entry starting Term 2 2022.

  •  All currently enrolled families will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination status weekly.
  • We will maintain the temperature checks and hand sanitisation prior to entry.
  • Guardians are strongly encouraged to wear a fitted mask while on our premises.
  • Only 1 guardian per child on the campus.
  • No food consumption within the campus.

Coronavirus updates New South Wales: Any person who comes to any Shichida centre must comply with our conditions of entry and agree to the following requirements:

  • 1 guardian per child in the centre.
  • Guardians are strongly encouraged to wear a fitted mask while on the premises.
  • Undergo a temperature check upon arrival.
  • Hand sanitisation upon arrival.
  • No food consumption within the centre.
  • Accept the right of Shichida Australia to refuse entry or request their departure from our centres at any time.
  • Treat Shichida staff and persons on the premises with respect at all times.

Parents, guardians and children will be refused to any Shichida centre if:

  • They are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms.

Clean and safe environment

At Shichida Australia, we prioritise hygiene and air quality, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all.

  • We rigorously clean and regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces, toys, and learning materials.
  • Hand sanitisation stations are readily available throughout the premises, promoting proper hand hygiene.
  • We equip each class with dedicated air filters to enhance air quality and minimise airborne particles.
  • Our staff members also undergo training in proper hygiene practices.

These comprehensive measures actively create a healthy and hygienic space, prioritising the well-being and safety of our students, parents, and staff.
